Our initiative draws divine inspiration and blessings from Param Pujya Gurudev Vedmurti Tapoonishth Pandit Shriram Sharma Acharya Ji, the revered founder of the All World Gayatri Pariwar and architect of spiritual-social renaissance in modern India.
Gurudev started seven transformative movements aimed at holistic and moral upliftment of humanity. Among them, we are devoted to the 5th Movement – “Paryavaran Andolan” (Environmental Movement), focusing on sustainable waste management and ecological conservation. This movement emphasizes the urgent need to protect our natural resources and harmonize human life with the environment.

Our Branch Initiative
Shri Ved Mata Gayatri Nursery
This green arm of SPST focuses on waste-based afforestation and environmental education.
By converting biodegradable waste into organic manure, we support plantation drives, soil enrichment, and urban greening. The nursery also conducts community programs to raise awareness about sustainable living, responsible waste disposal, and the importance of biodiversity.
A key feature of this initiative is the Waste-to-Green Exchange Program, where we offer plants in return for waste, encouraging eco-conscious habits and citizen participation.
The GILHERI Initiative
Just as the humble squirrel (gilheri) contributed to Lord Rama’s mission in the Ramayana, we believe that every small effort counts.
Our Gilheri Initiative embodies the spirit of contribution—transforming everyday waste into an opportunity for change. By involving individuals, families, and institutions, we are building a grassroots movement for a sustainable India.
